Susan is available to meet with clients on an hourly basis to address very goal-specific areas for improved well-being or to renew best practices for self-care and flexibility in the face of stress. Some important tools we could consider include

Supportive collaboration in forming a new habit or reviving a former one, such as
getting to the gym or committing to other healthy practices

PRICE INCLUDES PERSONALIZED COACHING AND:
A folder with many brain-friendly recommendations and access to a compendium of online resources for mindfulness and other good brain food.
Please bring the Coaching Agreement when we first meet; you need not sign it until we have a chance to review it together. For hourly services, there is no minimum commitment to make.

Additional Options for the Journey
We can meet for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. We meet at my office in west Knoxville. Saturday afternoons offered at 20% premium.
